We are selecting Apple Inc for our Best Day trading stock of the day. AAPL should be a good trade today and the rest of the week as price action should be quite predictable. In the early morning hours, APPL should see a price boost after their spectacular earnings report. The aftermarket and premarket activity has jacked up the price to over $126 per share. This increase in price in our opinion will not hold. APPL will make for a good day trading stock today as their share price will quickly fall from their premarket highs. If you plan on making premarket trades, consider short selling the stock at any price above $126 and covering at $125 and below. There should be better price action during the regular trading day as we can expect this stock to close flat or 5% below it’s highs of the day. The increased volume and attention AAPL stock is getting today will make this an excellent day trading stock. It is not recommended to be long the stock overnight, as the risk of a steep price drop is much higher the next day. It’s pretty safe to short this stock overnight as the major news is out today and any gains will surely be made today. Expect a pullback near the end of the day and most certainly on Friday.
